You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use sk99 Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension or closure with forfeiture of all balances.
The Platform is designed to serve residents of Indonesia. You represent that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during each use of the Services. You acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are complex, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of sk99 Services complies with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.

If we detect duplicate Accounts, all related Accounts will be closed, all bets may be voided, and all balances forfeited. You must notify sk99 Customer Support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. We recommend changing your password regularly and using a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. If you close your Account, you may not re-open it or create a new Account without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to close your Account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason, with or without notice.
sk99 is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by us to complete KYC verification, including but not limited to:
KYC verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours of document submission. While verification is pending, you may deposit and play, but withdrawal requests will be processed only after successful KYC completion. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or clarification at any time.
Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in Account suspension. If verification is not completed within 30 days of our request, we reserve the right to close your Account and forfeit any remaining Balance in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
sk99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day. You may set your own deposit limits through Account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment.
Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed instantly during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are processed in real-time. Your Account Balance will be credited once the deposit is confirmed by the payment provider. sk99 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
If you believe a deposit error has occurred, contact Customer Support immediately with transaction details. We will investigate all reported discrepancies, but you must notify us within 30 days of the alleged error.
You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Verified withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours from the time of request. First-time withdrawals may require additional security verification and may take up to 48 hours. Processing times exclude weekends and Indonesian public holidays when bank processing may be delayed.
Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary based on your VIP tier and verification status. Higher limits are available to verified VIP members.
sk99 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may deduct their own processing fees from the transferred amount. Currency conversion fees may apply if your withdrawal is processed in a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is processed and returned to your Account Balance. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to the payment provider, it cannot be reversed.
All bonuses, promotions, and free credits offered by sk99 are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms.
Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x) before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe (typically 30 days). Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%).
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting system errors, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
sk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of promotional disputes, our decision is final.
All bets are final once placed and confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. Bets placed in error cannot be canceled, with the exception of obvious system errors which will be corrected at sk99's sole discretion.
Sports bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bet settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in our Sports Betting Rules. Live betting (in-play) is subject to real-time odds changes and may be suspended at any time.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term theoretical payback. Actual results in individual sessions will vary due to variance.
Lottery draws including togel markets (Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, Togel Macau) are settled according to official draw results published by the respective lottery operators. Draw times and available bet types are displayed on each lottery page. All togel bets must be placed before the published draw time for that market.

We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party game software. All such disputes are subject to the game provider's terms and decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sk99's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. You acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are complex and that you are responsible for your own compliance with local laws.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting sk99 Customer Support. You agree to resolve disputes with sk99 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings against sk99.
